Nickel mine: Indonesias Minister of Energy and Mining, Balil Lahadalia, said on Friday that Indonesia would postpone the plan to levy windfall tax on coal and nickel exports from April 1. Ferromolybdenum: The price of ferromolybdenum stood at a high level at the beginning of the second quarter of 2026 and continued to climb, which is the inevitable result of rigid supply, high cost, optimized demand structure and favorable macro resonance. The short-term market may fluctuate at a high level in the game between the procurement rhythm of steel mills, the heavy volume of raw materials mines and the bidding price of large factories. However, from a longer-term perspective, under the dual narrative of "resource scarcity" and "high-end industry", the strategic value of molybdenum is being systematically reassessed.
